Chamber Holiday Video Instructions
First of all…
THANK YOU for your order! Your Holiday Video Card is ready to go, and we have sent you a direct download link which will allow you to download your video file directly to your computer. Here are the instructions for how to download it and then share it by email, website, and social media pages…
STEP ONE – Download The Video File
In your delivery email, we included a Dropbox File Link. Click on that link and find and click the “Download” icon. IMPORTANT: This will download the file to your computer. You should find it in your downloads folder or perhaps on the desktop (wherever your downloaded files normally appear).
Once you have successfully downloaded your video, it is ready to share.
STEP TWO – Upload to a video sharing site (ex: YouTube or Vimeo)
Likely, your chamber has a YouTube or Vimeo account. If not, they are both free and easy to set up. We recommend Vimeo if you don’t have one of these two.
(NOTE: We can also use our Vimeo channel if you don’t want to set up your own account. Just email me at brian@launchpointemarketing.com and I will help you get it set up.)
Once you have your video uploaded to YouTube you can embed it on your website, or place it in email software like Constant Contact by following the instructions provided by your email software.
STEP THREE – Sharing on Social Media
Sharing on your social media channels is extremely simple. Just create a new post on any social platform and add the video file you downloaded in step one as the post’s video. Finish writing your content message and then schedule or publish your post.
